SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On lets your team log in using your existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin etc.) — no separate UMS password needed. It's typically required by enterprise IT security policies. Most small and mid-sized teams won't need it — standard email + password login works great.
