This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the strict standards governing the use of the Uniformly uniform management software, services, and API dashboard. By accessing or using the platform, you and your organization agree to comply with all aspects of this policy.
1. Tenant and System Integrity
Uniformly is built as a multi-tenant SaaS application relying on complete logical isolation between hotel and organization properties. You must never attempt to bypass, test, or disrupt these structural boundaries:
- No Database Intrusion: You must never attempt to access, view, or modify adjacent tenant databases, database schemas, API parameters, or row-level security structures.
- Security Testing Limits: Standard vulnerability testing, penetrative scanning, or security probing of our servers or endpoints is strictly prohibited without explicit, written pre-authorization from our security team.
- Credential Protection: Administrative account details, SAML single sign-on tokens, and API credentials must be securely held and never shared with external parties.
2. Platform Misuse and Disruption
To ensure high availability and standard compliance across all organizations, you must not engage in any activity that degrades platform performance:
- No Automated Scraping: Using automated crawlers, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or high-frequency automated bots to harvest stock details, staff lists, or garment histories from our services is prohibited.
- No Service Disruption: Do not engage in Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, flood our queues, or attempt to overwhelm the API servers with high-frequency network requests.
- Malicious Code: You must not upload, inject, or transmit any malware, trojans, viruses, SQL injection scripts, or other destructive software payloads.
3. Prohibited Content and Data Standards
All data uploaded to Uniformly, including employee names, inventory specifications, department listings, and audit profiles, must remain accurate, legal, and compliant:
- Respect Intellectual Property: Do not upload stockroom images, supplier details, or organization graphics that violate trademark or copyright laws.
- No Harassing or Illegal Content: The platform must not be used to store or transmit any defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise illegal text payloads.
4. Enforcement and Suspension
We actively monitor platform logs and system parameters to ensure system health and compliance. If a violation of this AUP is detected:
- Immediate Temporary Suspension: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or restrict access to any workspace or individual account engaged in unauthorized scanning, heavy automated scripting, or credential sharing.
- Account Termination: Repeated or severe violations of this AUP may lead to permanent termination of the tenant account and complete deletion of the workspace records under our Terms of Service.
5. Contact & Vulnerability Reporting
If you discover a potential security flaw, bypass vulnerability, or row-level isolation issue in the Uniformly platform, we encourage you to report it immediately. Please email our security officer directly at [email protected]. We appreciate responsible disclosures and work swiftly to address all verified vulnerabilities.
