Sent to laundry

Garments are selected individually or as a batch and logged as 'In Laundry'. The system records the date and updates each garment's status instantly.

Laundry processed

Uniforms go through the laundry cycle. The Uniformly dashboard shows exactly which items are outstanding, so nothing is forgotten or lost in transit.

Returned & marked clean

When garments come back, they are marked as clean in the system. Wash count increments automatically. The garment is now available for reissue.

Re-issued to staff

Clean garments are re-issued to the same or a different staff member. The full laundry history travels with the garment throughout its entire service life.
